About Me
I am a Data Scientist with experience in predictive analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing. My background as an engineer, entrepreneur and data enthusiast make me excited about efficiency and precision while having an avid desire to innovate. I strive to use my cumulative experiences and versatile background to inform my decision making and problem solving strategies.
My engineering and entrepreneurial pursuits have seen me develop and mass produce a consumer electronic product, while raising CAD 50,000 in seed capital to launch my very own brand in India. Managing a business taught me the value of systems and data and how they can add efficiency and lay a strong foundation for any company. Following a successful exit from my startup, I was lured towards a role of data engineering and analytics that saw me build data pipelines and warehousing for an e-commerce brand to create company-wide data accessibility, automation and dynamic dashboards.
Driven by my passion to understand and improve the world around me, I consider myself a perpetual student. I am eager to build on my engineering and business development foundations while continually improving my skills and expertise as a data scientist through academic coursework, real-world projects, and professional development.
I believe mindfulness, in life and in the workplace, is the key to success and happiness – a tenet I live out through my personal and professional relationships as well as my interests in cooking, meditation, and exercise. I am currently looking for a full-time position as a Data Scientist and to be part of an enterprising and motivated team with a challenging business proposition.
